A flat level surface measuring a minimum of 30 feet wide by 30 feet deep. Larger areas are preferred for better course layout. Grass is preferred, but not a necessary. Indoor footprint is the same but can be adapted. Suggested layout seen at bottom.
If indoors parking for 8x16 trailer close to show area is needed. Trailer can be setup indoors if there is a roll up door on building.
One 30 Amp RV hookup for show trailer within 75 feet of show area.
Two standard 120 plugins within 75 feet of performance area.
All parking passes and necessary entrance gate credentials.
One Hotel Room beginning one night prior to your fair’s start date and ending one dayafter your fairs end date. Hotel Room should be as close to fairgrounds as possible.
